S&F has a complete enrobed line that is capable of producing dough, Vemag deposit of a dry or wet filling and enrobe to a variety of shapes and sizes such as:

• 5" - 6" Long Crescent (Calzone), Round, Rectangle (Pocket) shapes
• 5" - 6" Long hand folded Wraps open at each end
• 2" Mini Calzone/Pockets

Meat & Cheese Processing

S&F has the capability to process cooked meats as follows:

• Dice
• Slice
• Shred

Sauce Capabilities

S&F has the capability to mix sauces as follows:

• Ribbon Blender can blend from 200-800 lbs of dry or wet mix of any ingredients
• Gas Fired Kettle can cook a variety of products such as sauces, eggs, rice and beans

Individually Quick Frozen & Packing Capabilities

S&F has the capability to provide the following packaging options:

• Ammonia Spiral Freezer (ASF) - the ASF has the ability to individually quick-freeze up to 3,000 lbs of product per hour at 15 degrees prior to packing
• Bulk Packed - Consists of Mastercase, poly bag, pan liners, labels. Typically used of institutional food service.
• Individually horizontally wrapped product. Consists of individual film that can be ovenable/Mylar or non-ovenable. Can be random print or registered print film.Typically used on enrobed products for schools (random print Mylar) or retail (registered print film).
• Individually Shrink Wrapped - Consists of shrink film over product on a corrugated pad. Typically used on pizza products.

Freezer Storage Capabilities

S&F has the following freezer storage available:

• Main on-sight freezers with the ability to store up to 110 pallets of finished/raw material at any given time.
• Off-sight storage located within minutes of the main plant with the ability to store 400 pallets at any given time.
• Off-sight storage fee required.

Shipping & Receiving

S&F has two double bay docks for incoming and outgoing freight.  S&F also owns two commercial refrigerated straight bed trucks for local deliveries and utilizes a varitey of common carrier commercial fleets for national distribution.

Capacity

S&F has the following capacity available:

• First  and Second Shifts
• Expansion - The plant currently has 27,000 sq.ft. that can be expanded another 6,500 sq. ft. to accommodate additional equipment and increased production. Additional volume can be achieved through further automation and the addition of a third shift.
